Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana Calculator — Plan Your Daughter's Future
Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana (SSY) is the Government of India's flagship savings scheme for the girl child. Parents of a girl below 10 years of age can open an account at any post office or authorised bank, deposit every year for the first 15 years, and receive the tax-free maturity amount 21 years after the account was opened — at 26 for a girl who was 5 at opening. Interest is compounded yearly at a rate the government sets every quarter; the calculator starts at 8.2%, so check the current rate.
Enter your annual deposit, daughter's current age, and current SSY interest rate. See the maturity amount, total deposited, and total interest earned. No signup, no cost.
