Refund Policy

If you are not happy with a paid plan for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment. This applies to your first payment and to every renewal, monthly or yearly, counted from the date of that payment. You don’t need to give a reason.

• Through Paddle: open the link in the receipt email Paddle sent you, or go to paddle.net, look up your order with the email address you paid with, and choose to request a refund.
• Or ask us: email support@pdfspeeder.com from the address you paid with (or include it), with your order number if you have it. We will arrange the refund with Paddle.

Once a refund is approved, Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider. Your paid features end when the refund is issued.

After 14 days a payment is not normally refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Some things are always put right, whenever you tell us:

• a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled;
• a problem on our side that stopped you from using the plan you paid for;
• a paid plan we end without any breach on your part (we refund the unused part).

You can cancel at any time, without any fee, using the link in your Paddle receipt email or by contacting us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn’t refund the current period unless you are still within the 14-day window.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you also have a legal right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

If something has gone wrong, please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank — we can usually sort it out faster.
