Excel to PDF

Excel to PDF with formulas, charts and formatting kept as closely as possible.

Convert Excel to PDF — Clean Spreadsheets, Ready to Share

Spreadsheets are built for analysis, but they are terrible for sharing. Send an .xlsx to a client and they might see broken columns, missing fonts, or a completely different print area depending on their version of Excel. Convert that same spreadsheet to a PDF and every recipient sees the same layout — no surprises, no formatting wars.

Our Excel to PDF converter renders your workbook on our server with a full spreadsheet engine: formulas are recalculated, and column widths, cell colours, merged headers, charts, conditional formatting and multi-sheet workbooks are kept as closely as possible. It accepts .xlsx, .xls, .xlsm, .xlsb, .csv and .ods. No signup and no watermark: 2 free tasks a day (3 with a free account).

How to Convert Excel to PDF Online

You do not need Microsoft Office installed — the conversion runs on our server. Each sheet is converted with the page setup saved in your workbook, so for a very wide table, set the print area, orientation and “Fit to page” in your spreadsheet app before converting.

1. Upload Your Spreadsheet

Drop one or several .xlsx, .xls, .xlsm, .csv or .ods files straight from your device. Multi-sheet workbooks with charts and pivot tables are supported.

2. Check the Page Setup

Every sheet is converted with its own page setup. For a wide table, set the print area, landscape and “Fit All Columns on One Page” in your spreadsheet app first, and the PDF follows it.

3. Generate the PDF

Cell colours, borders, conditional formatting, embedded charts, and images are all rendered into the PDF page with the same visual fidelity.

4. Download and Distribute

Save each PDF individually or grab everything as one ZIP, with a live preview of the result on screen. Your spreadsheet is deleted from our server automatically within 2 hours.

Why This Excel to PDF Converter Delivers

Most converters just run a print-to-PDF on the first sheet and call it done. Ours respects every sheet, every chart, and every conditional colour in the workbook.

Uses Your Page Setup

Print areas, orientation and scaling saved in your workbook are followed, so set “Fit All Columns on One Page” in Excel to keep wide tables on one page width.

Charts and Graphs Included

Pie charts, bar graphs, sparklines, and conditional data bars render into the PDF at high resolution, ready for presentations.

All Sheets Converted

Multi-sheet workbooks produce a PDF with one section per sheet, not just the first tab. Each sheet starts on a fresh page.

Cell Colours and Styles

Conditional formatting colours, merged headers, bold totals and zebra-striped rows are kept in the PDF.

No Excel Needed on Your Device

The conversion runs on our server, so you can convert from Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Android or iOS with just a browser — no Office licence or install required.

Private by Design

Isolated per-file temp folders, macros force-disabled before opening, and immediate deletion after delivery. No accounts, no stored files, no tracking of your spreadsheet's contents.

Excel to PDF — Common Questions

It can. Each sheet is converted with the page setup saved in your workbook, so open the file in your spreadsheet app, choose “Fit All Columns on One Page” (and landscape if the table is very wide), save it, then convert. Rows simply continue onto the next page.

Charts are rendered as high-resolution images in the PDF. Pivot tables are captured in their current expanded state, so the data you see on screen is the data in the PDF. If you need different pivot views, refresh the pivot in Excel first and then convert.

XLSX, the legacy XLS (Excel 97-2003), macro-enabled XLSM and binary XLSB, plus CSV and OpenDocument ODS — anything Excel can open. CSV files get their columns auto-widened so long values are never cut off.

Yes. Each file is converted in its own temporary folder and deleted from our server automatically within 2 hours. It is never viewed or shared, and macros inside the workbook are not run. No account is required.
