Calendar Generator — Accurate, Printable Monthly and Yearly Calendars

Need a wall calendar for the office, a monthly planner for your desk, or a full-year reference sheet? Our Calendar Generator creates clean, printable calendars for any year from 1900 to 2100. Unlike tools that hard-code holiday dates to a single year, this one computes public holidays correctly for whatever year you pick — fixed dates, nth-weekday rules (like the fourth Thursday of November) and Easter-based dates are all calculated from the rules, so a holiday like Thanksgiving lands on the right day every year, and it actually appears highlighted on the grid.

Choose the year, country and view, mark weekends, show ISO week numbers, start the week on Monday or Sunday, and add your own custom events. Then print it as a PDF, download a high-resolution PNG, or export an .ics file to import every holiday straight into Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar. Everything runs in your browser — no signup, no watermark, no cost.

How to Generate a Calendar

1. Select Month and Year

Choose a specific month for a monthly view or the full year for a 12-month overview.

2. Customize

Pick the country's public holidays, week start (Monday or Sunday), colour theme, week numbers and weekend shading — and add any custom events.

3. Preview Live

The calendar redraws instantly as you change any setting, with holidays highlighted and listed beside it.

4. Export

Print or save as PDF, download a high-resolution PNG, or export an .ics file to import into any calendar app.

Calendar Features

Holidays Computed, Not Hard-Coded

Public holidays for the US, UK, Canada, Australia, India and worldwide are calculated from the rules for the exact year you choose — nth-weekday and Easter-based dates included — so they're always right.

Full-Year or Single-Month Views

A compact 12-month overview on one page, or a detailed single month with large cells and holiday labels.

Custom Events & .ics Export

Add your own dates (birthdays, deadlines, festivals) and export the whole calendar as an iCalendar file to import into Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar.

Print, PDF & PNG

Print or save a crisp vector PDF straight from your browser, or download a high-resolution PNG image — no third-party libraries or servers involved.

ISO Week Numbers & Week Start

Optionally show ISO-8601 week numbers, shade weekends, and start the week on Monday (ISO) or Sunday. Great for planning and sprint tracking.

Free and Private

No signup, no tracking, nothing loaded from other servers — the whole calendar is generated on your device.

Calendar Generator — FAQs

Yes. You can generate calendars for any year from 1900 to 2100. Historical years and future years are both supported with correct day-of-week calculations.

The calendar includes the major national public holidays that can be calculated from a rule — fixed dates, "nth weekday of the month" holidays, and Easter-based dates. Lunar and Islamic festivals such as Diwali, Holi and Eid follow the moon, not the Gregorian rules, so their dates shift each year and can't be computed reliably. Rather than print a wrong date, we leave them out — just add them as custom events for the exact dates you need, and they'll be highlighted and included in the .ics export too.

Yes. Click the .ics button to download an iCalendar file containing every holiday and custom event as an all-day entry. Import it into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook and the dates appear on your own calendar — no subscription or account needed.

Yes. Choose Monday-start or Sunday-start in the settings. Monday-start follows the ISO standard used in most of the world. Sunday-start follows the US/Indian convention.
