Text Case Converter

Convert text between 15+ cases live as you type — with the accuracy other tools miss. Real Title Case (of, the, and stay lowercase), smart Sentence case (keeps NASA, the word I, iPhone, and isn't fooled by “Mr.” or “3.14”), and programmer cases (camelCase, snake_case, CONSTANT_CASE…) that follow the industry standard and are fully Unicode — café, Привет and 中文 survive intact. See every case at once, copy or download. Everything runs in your browser.

Text Case Converter

Real Title Case, smart Sentence case and Unicode-safe programmer cases — live, in your browser.

Text Case Converter — 15+ Cases, Done Right

Someone sent a document in ALL CAPS. Your heading needs Title Case. Your CSS classes need lowercase. Your constants need CONSTANT_CASE. Retyping to change case is tedious and error-prone — this converter transforms text between 15+ formats live as you type, and gets the tricky cases right where most tools get them wrong.

Convert to UPPERCASE, lowercase, real Title Case (minor words like of, the, and stay lowercase), smart Sentence case (keeps acronyms, the word I and brand casing, and isn't tripped by “Mr.” or “3.14”), Capitalize Each Word, and the programmer favourites — camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, CONSTANT_CASE, kebab-case, Train-Case, dot.case and path/case — which follow the same conventions as libraries like change-case and lodash. Everything is fully Unicode, so accented and non-Latin text survives. No signup, no cost.

Available Case Formats

Real Title Case

Minor words (a, an, the, and, of, to, in...) stay lowercase unless first, last or after a colon — “The Lord of the Rings”, not “The Lord Of The Rings”. Acronyms (NASA), brand casing (iPhone) and hyphenated words are handled.

Smart Sentence case

Capitalizes the start of each sentence but keeps acronyms, the pronoun I and brand names, and isn't fooled by “Mr.”, “e.g.” or decimals. It even normalizes ALL-CAPS shouting.

Programmer Cases

camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, CONSTANT_CASE, kebab-case, Train-Case, dot.case and path/case — with correct acronym and number boundaries (getHTTPResponse → get_http_response).

Fully Unicode

Accented and non-Latin text is preserved — “café münchen” becomes “café_münchen”, not stripped to ASCII the way naive converters do.

Live + Preview All

Output updates as you type, with live character, word, line and sentence counts. The “preview all” panel shows every case at once so you can copy the exact one you want.

Private and Free

Runs entirely in your browser — no data leaves your device. Copy or download the result. No signup needed.

Text Case Converter — FAQs

Yes — this is real title case. Articles (a, an, the), conjunctions (and, but, or) and short prepositions (of, in, to, on...) stay lowercase unless they are the first or last word, or come right after a colon. Acronyms such as NASA are left as-is, brand casing like iPhone is preserved, and hyphenated words are capitalized on both sides.

Yes. Rather than blindly lowercasing everything, it keeps acronyms (NASA), the pronoun I and brand casing (iPhone), and it does not start a new sentence after “Mr.”, “e.g.” or a decimal like 3.14. If your text is typed in ALL CAPS, it recognises the shouting and normalizes it to clean sentence case.

Yes. The word splitting is Unicode-aware, so “café münchen” becomes “caféMünchen” or “café_münchen” instead of being stripped to plain ASCII. The programmer cases follow the same conventions as libraries like change-case and lodash, including acronym boundaries — getHTTPResponse becomes get_http_response.

UPPERCASE, lowercase, Title Case, Sentence case, Capitalize Each Word, camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, CONSTANT_CASE, kebab-case, Train-Case, dot.case, path/case, aLtErNaTiNg and iNVERSE (toggle) case. The “preview all cases” panel shows every one applied to your text so you can copy the exact format you need.

Nothing is uploaded — all conversion happens in your browser as you type. You can copy the result or download it as a text file. The tool is completely free, with no signup.
